I’ve gotten quite a few people asking if they can use the “Homebrew Seal of Quality” that appears on my blog and on my games.
I don’t mind, in fact I tried to create a Public Domain seal a few years ago, but got a very negative response from the community, so I dropped the idea. You are free to use the image however you like, even on commercial products. Consider it Public Domain.
With that being said, you should do your own research into whether or not using such an imagine is legal to use. I am not a lawyer, and would not make any recommendations in that department.
